Noise cancellation is such cool technology because it allows you to enjoy your music without fuss. These got rid of most of the background noise and did just as good a job as pairs from more established names. A beautiful little piece of engineering that comes highly recommended from yours truly.

Neck headsets are very much on-trend right now and with good reason. They offer you style and comfort, but best of all they ensure your buds always stay in place. I found this particularly useful when running. Too often the bouncing up and down allows buds to work loose, but with a neckband, I experienced no such issues. A very well thought out piece of design.

Control buttons are easily accessible and great for when you’re on the move

The control buttons are easy to use, and you don’t have to stare at them to hit the right option. That means that you can quickly reach for your control and skip a track without having to think about it, really. Ideal if you don’t want your music to break up your workout and create those stop-start moments that allow you to unwittingly, get your breath back.

Works smoothly with just about any phone or MP3 player

The integration with other devices was so comfortable that I want to take this opportunity to highlight it. I had no issues with connecting them to any of the half a dozen or so phones or MP3 players that I tried it with. An awesome piece of tech that made the whole process nice and simple. Highly recommended, especially for those of you who are a little averse to fiddling with your tech to get the best out of it.

More than enough charge to get you through the day

The charge time was surprisingly short which meant you could easily power them up over breakfast if you forgot to leave them going overnight. I don’t want to pick a favorite because I want you to make up your own mind, but these have to be right up there.

Anker is the next entry on my list as we pass through the halfway point. Here’s what I thought of them when I threw them in at the deep end.

The 6 mm drivers are fast becoming something of an Anker hallmark. With a precise and compact design, they allow you to enjoy stereo quality sound on the move. I really like this approach because it tells me they haven’t sacrificed quality to shrink down their tech. That is a great sign for all you music lovers out there who just can’t stand the distortion and tinny sound of poor quality buds.

7-hours of playing time is right at the top of the pile from what I’ve seen

The 7-hour playing time caught my eye straight away as I’m always keen to see if there are any caveats. I’m very pleased to say that in this case there were none, which means you can expect a minimum of 7 hours playing time. Water resistant design is great for when you want to get out and enjoy life

The water-resistant design is impressive. It’s important to stress that water resistant is not the same as waterproof. I work my tech pretty hard when I’m out of the house, and these kept up with no issues whatsoever.

That is a major plus point for me as I often shove my buds in my pocket or the side pocket of my rucksack when I’m not wearing them. It may not be the catchiest model name in the world, but with a brand like this making buds how could I not give them a try? Here’s how they got on folks.

Ergo-fit sounds like a good piece of branding, but do they do the job when you’re on the move?

Ergo-fit is a great piece of design in my opinion. By creating a molding that’s perfect for almost any ear shape these little buds give you a comfort-fit that’s right up there. What I really like is how easy they are to get in and out. There’s no ramming them in to try and keep them in place; they just sit pretty all day if my experience is anything to go by.

Stereo quality audio allows you to listen in style no matter where you are

The quality of the sound is what really blew me away. I’m a big music lover, and I hate clipped or distorted music. These provided no such issues, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to you in this respect.

Extra-long cord allows you to listen in comfort; I loved it!

The cord length is something that lets a lot of buds down. Too long and it just gets in the way, too short and they’re forever being tugged out of your ears. I thought Panasonic got these spot on which is important news for those of you who love to listen to your music on the move.

The nickel plated connector may sound like a bit of a marketing ploy, but it actually is an excellent piece of engineering. The controls and the mic are well positioned for when you’re on the move. I found the positioning of the mic was ideal for making calls which is great when you’re driving. Noise isolation is something I now can’t do without, after trying these on for size. To be honest, I’m not aware of any other in-ear headphones that cost about 800 dollars that looked so understated.
