The SnapGoods Guarantee
Pretty Simple
Our #1 goal is to create a place where you can safely experience the best
of Collaborative Consumption.
So, we created the SnapGoods Guarantee:
If something goes wrong, we guarantee that your goods are
repaired or replaced, plus we will provide you with a temporary
replacement for the few days it can take to patch things up.
Bottom line: if something happens, we'll make sure it gets fixed or replaced.
The (Not So) Fine Print
In order to be covered by the SnapGoods Guarantee, a reservation must meet
the following conditions:
- Both the lender and the borrower must be Verified Users. That means that we have a valid credit card on file and we have verified your cell phone by SMS. Verification is quick, easy, and free. You can verify on your settings page.
- We can only guarantee repair or replacment costs up to the Security Deposit you specified for the good. The maximum deposit amount is $5,000.00.
- If there is a disagreement about whether something was damaged, how badly it was damaged, appropriate remediation, etc., you agree that SnapGoods has the final say on what's fair. Our business lives and dies by happy customers, so trust that we will do right by you, but someone needs to have the final say, ya dig?
