This is for a variable speed (manually changed) benchtop model drill press. The drill has a 1/2" chuck with key. Integrated table can be adjusted to variable heights and angles or even moved out of the way. (For example, press could be placed near the edge of a workbench and a very tall workpiece placed on the floor.)
Also has variable depth gauge for controlling depth of hole if necessary.
